Mandatory Unboxing Video Clause: To qualify for a refund or replacement under a damage claim, a continuous, clear, unedited unboxing video is strictly required. This video must capture the outer shipping label, the initial breaking of the box seal, and the discovery of the physical damage in real-time. Failure to provide a valid unboxing video automatically voids any damage claims.
